Semi-private training

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Our semi-private training combines the personalized coaching of one-on-one sessions at half the cost, with greater scheduling flexibility than our small group classes. Ideal for those seeking individualized workouts and nutrition guidance, this option provides safe, effective training in an intimate setting.

  • Sessions are kept between 1-3 clients to ensure hands-on coaching and a customized approach.
