Since 2013, I’ve been dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through online and in-person training. My fitness journey began in high school with martial arts and strength training, and over the years, I’ve earned certifications in weightlifting, program design, nutrition, assessments, and recovery. My diverse experience enables me to create well-rounded programs tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I believe in more than just results—I empower my clients to become self-sufficient, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to maintain their fitness independently. Transparency, critical thinking, and long-term growth are the foundations of my training philosophy. You won’t just follow a routine—you’ll understand it.

Beyond the gym, I’m passionate about martial arts like Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and Muay Thai, and I bring that same discipline to every aspect of my life. I love salsa and bachata dancing, and I cherish spending time with family and friends. Fitness, to me, is about enhancing all areas of life—mind, body, and relationships.
