Hey, I’m Kevin.
I’m a personal trainer, coach, and the owner of Forward Training. I’ve been coaching since 2013 and work out of a private gym in Vaughan at Holmes Elite Health & Fitness.
I didn’t get into this to count reps or yell motivation quotes. I got into it because I genuinely care about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build a routine that actually sticks in real life, not just on paper.
Most of the people I work with are busy, tired, dealing with aches or past injuries, and frustrated that nothing they’ve tried before has worked long term. My job is to coach you through that safely, intelligently, and without wasting your time.
How I Coach (and Why It’s Different)
I’m hands-on, detail-oriented, and very intentional with how I coach.
Every session has structure. Every program has a purpose. Nothing is random.
I focus on:

Teaching you how to move properly, not just sweating through workouts

Reducing pain and strengthening weak or problem areas

Building real strength and muscle

Improving energy, confidence, and overall athleticism

Making fitness feel doable instead of overwhelming
I cue, demonstrate, explain, and adjust constantly. I want things to click, not just during our sessions, but so you feel confident moving on your own too.
Clients often tell me this is the first time they’ve felt coached instead of just worked out.

I design training in structured 4 to 6 week phases so you’re always progressing, whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, pain reduction, or simply feeling better day to day.
