Complimentary Intro Session (One on One)

We start with a one on one session where we talk through your goals, schedule, and training history. You will go through a guided workout so I can see how you move and identify any limitations.​ This session is not a test and not a sales pitch. It is about clarity, coaching, and building a plan that makes sense for you. Your 14 days begin on this day.

2 Semi Private Training Sessions

You will train in a small semi private setting with one to two other people. These sessions are coached, structured, and customized to you even though you are sharing the hour. This gives you personal programming with flexibility and accountability.

Unlimited Small Group Training for 14 Days

Attend as many strength or conditioning classes as you would like during your two weeks. Classes are capped, coached, and adaptable for all fitness levels. Nothing random. Nothing chaotic.
