SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Our small group training offers an affordable way to build strength, muscle, and transform your body in a motivating, supportive environment. With limited class sizes, you’ll receive hands-on coaching while still benefiting from the energy and accountability of training in a group. Each month introduces new, structured workouts that build on previous phases to keep you challenged and progressing.
 
What to Expect:​

  • Focused coaching in a small group setting with a maximum of 12 clients

  • Dynamic Warm-Ups & Mobility Exercises to improve flexibility, joint stability, and reduce injury risk

  • Strength & Conditioning classes to build muscle, get stronger, improve your endurance and transform your body

  • New monthly workouts to keep you challenged and progressing

Class Description

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Strength 

Full-body workout to build strength and muscle using barbells, machines, and free weights, focused on proper form, progressive overload, and joint-friendly training. 

Conditioning

High-energy, all-cardio workout to elevate your heart rate, improve conditioning, and burn calories. Keeps you moving throughout with a mix of intervals, steady efforts, and challenging stations. No strength work, just continuous movement.
