SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Our small group training offers an affordable way to build strength, muscle, and transform your body in a motivating, supportive environment. With limited class sizes, you’ll receive hands-on coaching while still benefiting from the energy and accountability of training in a group. Each month introduces new, structured workouts that build on previous phases to keep you challenged and progressing.
 
What to Expect:​

  • Focused coaching in a small group setting (up to 8 people)

  • Dynamic Warm-Ups & Mobility Exercises to improve flexibility, joint stability, and reduce injury risk

  • Strength & Conditioning classes to build muscle, get stronger, improve your endurance and transform your body

Class Description

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Strength 

Build strength and power in this focused strength-training class. Using barbells, free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you'll target major muscle groups for maximum results. Suitable for all levels, this class helps you lift heavier, move better, and feel stronger.

Engine

Improve endurance and heart health using rowers, SkiErgs, battle ropes, and bodyweight movements. Sessions are structured to build stamina, improve fitness, and support better energy and overall performance at a pace that works for you.
