SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Our small group training in Vaughan offers an affordable way to build strength, muscle, and performance in a motivating, supportive environment. With a class size capped at 8, you’ll receive focused coaching while enjoying the energy of a small group setting. Each month introduces new, structured workouts that build on previous phases to keep you challenged and progressing.

These classes target all major muscle groups and suit any fitness level, focusing on strength in compound movements, muscle building, and performance. Each session wraps up with metabolic stress and conditioning finishers, incorporating a variety of exercises like sled pushes, rower, treadmill runs, kettlebell swings, and body part burnouts.

Conditioning Class

This class boosts fat loss, endurance, and energy with dynamic circuits and interval workouts. You'll use the assault runner, rower, bike, ski-erg, sled push, kettlebell swings, and more. Designed to strengthen your cardiovascular system for better performance in workouts and daily life. Suitable for all fitness levels.
