Not necessarily. While the 14-day program is a great "test drive," some clients prefer to dive straight into a consistent training schedule. During your first visit, we’ll discuss your goals and find the plan that best fits your lifestyle.
Think of this as our "strategy session." We'll discuss your goals and past experience, followed by a movement check to ensure we’re training you safely and effectively. We’ll wrap up by mapping out your next steps. Whether you choose our 14-Day Starter Program or dive straight into a full membership, you’ll leave with a clear plan of action for your first training session.
For most people, 2 to 4 sessions per week is the "sweet spot" for seeing strength gains and improved mobility without burning out. During your initial strategy session, we’ll look at your schedule and lifestyle to find a frequency that you can realistically maintain long-term.
Semi-private training is an intimate setting with 1–3 clients where you follow a program specifically customized to your individual goals and injury history. Small group training is a larger coached session focused on a blend of strength, conditioning, and mobility that follows our structured weekly programming. Both options ensure you have a coach watching your form at all times.
Absolutely. In fact, most of my clients come to me because they want to get stronger without aggravating old injuries. We focus on smart progressions and joint health to keep you moving safely. If you have a specific concern, feel free to contact us directly.
No. My job is to meet you where you are today. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned athlete, we scale every movement to your current ability level.
We operate out of Holmes Elite Health & Fitness at 8575 Keele St, Vaughan. It’s a clean, welcoming, and high-performance environment with plenty of free parking available right in front. When you arrive, just head inside, I’ll be there to meet you at the front to get our session started!
14-Day Starter Program: After our initial 1-on-1 session, we will personally book your next 14 days of training together to ensure you have a set schedule and stay on track from the start.
Small Group & Semi-Private Training: Once you move into a regular membership, you’ll have full access to our easy-to-use booking app. This allows you to manage your own schedule, book sessions, and stay consistent on your own terms.
1-on-1 Personal Training: To ensure the highest level of consistency and scheduling priority, I handle all 1-on-1 bookings personally with you.
