Most clients begin with our 14-Day Starter Program. It’s the best way to experience our coaching and the gym environment before committing to a long-term plan

Not necessarily. While the 14-day program is a great "test drive," some clients prefer to dive straight into a consistent training schedule. During your first visit, we’ll discuss your goals and find the plan that best fits your lifestyle.

We operate out of Holmes Elite Health & Fitness at 8575 Keele St, Vaughan. It’s a clean, welcoming, and high-performance environment with plenty of free parking available right in front. When you arrive, just head inside, I’ll be there to meet you at the front to get our session started!
